Jarret Holley

Psychology Assistant

I work with most psychological disorders and relationship issues through use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition, I have developed a specific interest in treating obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and all other anxiety disorders. During my training and practice, I have gathered experience in both intensive and traditional outpatient settings. If you want a clinician who strives to understand exactly what you are going through, you will be happy to know that I have personal experience with seeking and receiving help through therapy. YOU are my focus.

I offer a goal-directed, supportive, and non-judgmental space as I work with individuals of all ages who are experiencing the effects of trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, life stress and challenging life transitions.

I genuinely believe in building a comfortable environment in which each client receives unconditional respect and trust. My primary goal will always be to truly hear you. I am currently supervised by Jamie Bourn, Ph.D.
