Alexandra Jabs
LPCC-S, LCDCIII
I’ve spent most of my 10 years as a therapist working with teens, young adults, and families. I am an outgoing and approachable human who is all in when it comes to meeting you where you are, and helping you get to where you want to be. Helping you achieve your goals is my number one priority, and I will listen to you, challenge you, and celebrate with you the whole way.
My therapy style is best described as a strengths-based therapy approach with key components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person- Centered techniques. I believe that every client has the power within themselves to create the future they desire, and I enjoy collaborating with clients to help provide and create the practical tools they need to reach their goals.
I graduated from Ohio University in 2007 with a BA in English and a Minor in Psychology. I graduated in 2013 from The University of Dayton with my Masters in Clinical Counseling.
