Due to the high volume of calls we experience, we may be unable to answer your call immediately. Below are other resources you can use to get the help you need:

You can easily cancel appointments, reschedule your appointments (if your clinician has this option opened up), message your clinicians and our admin support staff directly, add insurance or payment information, and access your documentation all on your client portal.

  • If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, you can do so on your own through the client portal. You can also call 614-931-0228 (option 1) and leave a voicemail indicating that you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Please be sure to mention your name, appointment date and time, and your clinician’s name. Please leave a phone number if you need us to call you back. You can schedule an appointment online through the client portal at any time.
  • If you’re canceling or changing your appointment last minute (48 hours or less), you won’t be able to do this on your client portal. Please call and leave us a voicemail instead, as mentioned above.

Where to go for your in-person appointments

We have two office locations: Clintonville and North Campus. If your appointment is in person, your appointment reminder will specify the location.

The Clintonville Office is at 4041 North High St, Suite 102, Columbus, OH 43214. If you are coming in from the parking lot doors, our office is to the left of the elevators, under the staircase, and past the mailboxes. Please come in and find a seat in our lobby area; your clinician will come get you when it is time for your appointment.

The North Campus Office is at 30 W. Woodruff Ave., Columbus, OH 43210. This location is ONLY for our ADHD in-person testing clients. We are located on the second floor of the educational wing of the *St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, next to the OSU campus (*Disclosure: We are not affiliated with any religion or religious organization. We work with OSU students a lot, and this is an excellent space for us to be within walking distance of OSU).

Parking – A gated parking lot next to this building can be accessed from Woodruff Ave. This code will be in your “Welcome to Testing” email. If it is full, an OSU parking lot is across the street.

Once you are there, please go to the entrance to the educational wing on the north side of the building (opposite Woodruff). The doors are locked for safety purposes. A staff member will be there to let you in. If they are not, please ring the doorbell; we will come and let you in.

Therapy clients

Billing

To update your payment information, you can do so on your client portal.

To update your insurance information, please take a picture of the front and back of your insurance card and email it to us.
