Please schedule an “Introductory Conversation” with our Therapy and Testing Coordinators first. This will be the quickest way to determine how much therapy and/or testing will be; we cannot answer billing questions without verifying your insurance.
We are in-network with the following insurances:
Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, MedBen, Medical Mutual, Ohio Healthy, Optum, Student Resources, Trustmark, United Healthcare, UMR, and United Medicaid.
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept new United Medicaid clients.
We cannot accept the following Medicaid Insurance: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareSource, or Molina.
