Victoria Fellows

Social Work Intern

While my approach to therapy is still evolving, I believe that each individual already has the tools they need to live a happy, peaceful life. I view my role as a therapist is to support and assist you in uncovering the resources within yourself, facilitating your chosen life’s path.

I believe in a person-focused approach to therapy that helps form healthy relations with self and others. Sessions with me will be a safe space, free of judgment, allowing you to disclose all aspects of your journey without fear or trepidation. A healthy charge of your life includes accountability and self-transparency. There are many valuable tools to achieve these and other life’s goals and challenges. Together we will find those that work best for you. To me, relationships are the foundation of positive interaction. Understanding that we are always in a relationship with ourselves first shapes our worldview and actions toward self and others. To this end, I believe therapy should not simply be a ‘vent session’ but provide tools and methods for long term healing.

I have interest in working with individuals who have experienced religious trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, identify as LGBTQIA+, or practice nontraditional relationship styles. I am sex positive and kink informed.
I am currently unlicensed and am working under the direct supervision of Danielle Ruben, MSW, LISW-S.
