LSW

Are you stressed, filled with anxiety or wanting to move forward from past experiences? My job is to help individuals gain a better understanding of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I believe that every distressing or wounding experience deserves time, space and a safe place to heal. I provide evidence-base treatment using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you move forward from past experiences, manage emotions and reduce your overall mental health symptoms. My services are for students struggling with PTSD, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems and grief. I provide a supportive, collaborative and non-judgmental space that helps you develop new tools on your way to reaching your desired goals. My goal is to help you to build a renewed sense of confidence, build healthier relationships and enhance your ability to cope. I am a Licensed Social Worker and earned my master’s degree from The Ohio State University. I am supervised by James Braga, MSW, LISW-S.
