For new clients
If you are inquiring about or wanting to schedule an appointment with us, please schedule an online “Introductory Administrative Conversation” with either our Therapy or Testing Coordinators on the link to the right. We cannot give you a cost for services without verifying your insurance first, so this will be the quickest way to find out how much therapy or testing will be for you, answer any questions you may have of our services, and get you scheduled with a clinician.
For existing clients
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you can do so quickly and easily through the client portal. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and you will not be able to cancel an appointment on your client portal in that time frame. In regards to Testing Only
If you have any urgent questions or are an existing or former client, please call 614-931-0228, dial 1, then 2 to talk to our testing department; otherwise, email us at testing@resetbuttoncounseling.com for faster response time.

Insurance
We are in network with the following insurances:
Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, MedBen, Medical Mutual, Ohio Healthy, Optum, Student Resources, Trustmark, United Healthcare, UMR, United Medicaid.
We are not able to accept the following Medicaid Insurances:
Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareSource, Molina.
We are in network with United Medicaid.
Billing
For new clients, please schedule an “Introductory Conversation” with our Therapy and Testing Coordinator as stated above first (we cannot answer billing questions for new clients without verifying your insurance beforehand, so this will be the quickest way to find out how much therapy and/or testing will be).

New clients
Schedule an online “Introductory Administrative Conversation” with our Therapy or Testing Coordinators using the link below. This is an online video appointment: 15 minutes for therapy and/or 30 minutes for testing. Please select the correct option for your primary need first. Be ready to provide a picture of your insurance card (front and back), your name, birthday, and address of the primary account holder for your insurance when booking this appointment.
During this meeting we will review your insurance benefits (previously verified), answer questions you may have about our programs, policies and procedures, and help you get scheduled.
You will get a confirmation email* from Intake Q (a HIPAA compliant video service) within 24-hours after making this appointment. *Please note that the confirmation email for this appointment will come from Intake Q and may show up in other folders within your email, including the Junk Mail folder.
