New Therapy or Testing Clients
Go to Our Services page for information about our services and how to begin your therapy or testing process. If you are ready to proceed with scheduling we ask you to schedule an online “Introductory Administrative Conversation” with our Therapy or Testing Coordinators first. We’ll get some basic info from you so we can better serve you in this meeting. You can schedule your first therapy session or testing session in this meeting.
You can cancel and reschedule appointments on your client portal, direct message your clinicians and our admin support staff, add insurance or payment information and access your documentation. Access your client portal here. Or call the office and select the “Cancelation” option, # 1, to leave a voice message.

Please fax us the potential client’s contact information, including email information, therapy/testing needs, and medical records (if any). If you would rather email it to us, click therapy or testing to email your referrals, respectively.
